تطبيق «اطمّن» بيربط ابن أو بنت عايشين برّه بأهلهم: الأب أو الأم بيدوسوا زرار كل يوم، والابن بيشوف إن التطمين وصل، أو بيوصله تنبيه لو اتأخر. الصفحة دي بتشرح البيانات اللي بنستخدمها وليه.

البيانات اللي بنجمعها

• حساب من غير اسم: رقم تعريف عشوائي بيتعمل لما تفتح التطبيق أول مرة. مفيش إيميل ولا باسورد ولا اسم حساب جوجل.
• من الابن أو البنت: الاسم اللي عايزه يظهر لأهلك، مين اللي هتطمّن عليه (ماما، بابا، تيتة، جدو)، رقم موبايلهم لو كتبته (بيظهر عندك بس عشان زرار الاتصال، وإحنا مش بنتصل بيه ولا بنبعتله رسايل)، ومواعيد التذكير والتنبيه، وقايمة الطلبات لو عدّلتها.
• من الأب أو الأم: تاريخ ووقت كل تطمين، والمنطقة الزمنية بتاعة الموبايل عشان المواعيد تبقى مظبوطة، والطلبات السريعة اللي بيبعتوها من القايمة (زي «هات معاك عيش») ووقتها وإذا كان الابن ردّ عليها.
• الإشعارات واللغة: رمز (token) من جوجل أو أبل عشان نقدر نبعت الإشعارات للموبايل، ولغة التطبيق (عربي أو إنجليزي) عشان الإشعارات توصلك بيها.
• الاشتراك: هل اشتراكك شغال ولحد إمتى. إحنا مش بنشوف بيانات الكارت أو الدفع خالص.

مش بنجمع الموقع، ولا جهات الاتصال، ولا الصور، ومفيش إعلانات ولا أدوات تتبّع.

بنستخدمها في إيه

عشان التطبيق يشتغل وبس: نبعت التذكير للأهل، والتنبيه ليك لو مفيش تطمين، ونوصّلك طلبات أهلك، ونعرض آخر ٧ أيام، ونعرف إذا كان الاشتراك شغال.

مين بيشوفها

• الابن والأهل المربوطين ببعض بيشوفوا بيانات العيلة بتاعتهم بس.
• مقدمي خدمات بيشغّلوا التطبيق لحسابنا: Google Firebase (قاعدة البيانات والسيرفرات والإشعارات، والبيانات متخزّنة في الاتحاد الأوروبي في بلجيكا)، وRevenueCat (حالة الاشتراك)، وجوجل بلاي (الدفع).
• مش بنبيع بياناتك ومش بنديها لحد يستخدمها في إعلانات.

بنحتفظ بيها قد إيه

سجل التطمينات بيتمسح لوحده بعد ٩٠ يوم، والطلبات بعد ٣٠ يوم. باقي البيانات بتفضل لحد ما تمسح حسابك. لما تمسح الحساب من التطبيق، بيانات العيلة بتتمسح من قاعدة البيانات على طول.

حقوقك

تقدر تعدّل بياناتك من التطبيق، وتمسح حسابك وكل بيانات العيلة من التطبيق في أي وقت (إزاي تمسح حسابك). وتقدر تطلب نسخة من بياناتك أو تسألنا عن أي حاجة على الإيميل اللي فوق. لو انت في الاتحاد الأوروبي، من حقك تشتكي لهيئة حماية البيانات في بلدك.

السن

التطبيق معمول للكبار (١٨ سنة وأكتر) ومش موجّه للأطفال.

الأمان

البيانات بتتنقل مشفّرة، وكل عيلة مش بتقدر تشوف غير بياناتها.

التغييرات

لو غيّرنا السياسة دي، هنحدّث التاريخ اللي فوق، ولو التغيير كبير هنقولك جوه التطبيق.

Etmn connects someone living abroad with their parents: the parent taps one button each day, and the child sees that the check-in arrived, or gets an alert if it is late. This page explains which data we use and why.

Who is responsible

Etmn («اطمّن»), provided by an independent developer. For anything about your data, contact: etmn.app@gmail.com

What we collect

• An anonymous account: a random identifier created the first time you open the app. No email, password or Google account name.
• From the child: the name to show to the parent, which parent this is (mum, dad, grandma, grandpa), the parent’s phone number if you enter it (shown only on your phone for the call button; we never call or message it), the reminder and alert times, and the request list if you edit it.
• From the parent: the date and time of each check-in, the phone’s time zone so the times are correct, and the quick requests they send from the list (such as “bring bread”), when they were sent and whether the child answered.
• Notifications and language: a push token from Google or Apple so we can deliver notifications, and the app language (Arabic or English) so they arrive in your language.
• Subscription: whether your subscription is active and until when. We never see card or payment details.

We do not collect location, contacts or photos. There are no ads and no tracking tools.

How we use it

Only to run the app: send reminders to the parent, alert you if there was no check-in, deliver your parent’s requests, show the last 7 days, and check whether the subscription is active.

Who can see it

• The linked child and parent see only their own family’s data.
• Service providers that run the app for us: Google Firebase (database, servers and notifications; data stored in the EU, in Belgium), RevenueCat (subscription status) and Google Play (payments).
• We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Check-in history is deleted automatically after 90 days, and requests after 30 days. Other data stays until you delete your account. When you delete your account in the app, the family’s data is removed from our database right away.

Your rights

You can correct your details in the app and delete your account and all family data in the app at any time (how to delete your account). You can ask for a copy of your data or ask us anything at the email above. If you are in the EU, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

Age

The app is made for adults (18+) and is not directed at children.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, and each family can only access its own data.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date above, and tell you in the app if the change is significant.
