من التطبيق

• الابن أو البنت: افتح التطبيق، وانزل لآخر الصفحة لـ«الحساب»، ودوس «امسح حسابي وكل البيانات»، وبعدين دوس تاني للتأكيد.
• الأب أو الأم: افتح التطبيق، ودوس «الإعدادات»، وبعدين «افصل وامسح حسابي»، ودوس تاني للتأكيد.

لو التطبيق مش موجود عندك

ابعت إيميل لـetmn.app@gmail.com فيه الاسم اللي كان ظاهر في التطبيق وتاريخ تقريبي بدأت فيه، وهنمسح الحساب خلال ٣٠ يوم.

إيه اللي بيتمسح

لما الابن يمسح حسابه: بيانات العيلة كلها (الاسم، الرقم، المواعيد، سجل التطمينات، والطلبات) ورمز الإشعارات بتاعه بيتمسحوا على طول، والأهل بيتفصلوا. لما الأهل يمسحوا حسابهم: بيتفصلوا ورمز الإشعارات بتاعهم بيتمسح.

الاشتراك نفسه مش بيتلغي بمسح الحساب. الغيه من جوجل بلاي: إدارة الاشتراكات. جوجل بلاي وRevenueCat بيحتفظوا بسجل عمليات الشراء حسب سياساتهم.

How to delete your Etmn account

In the app

• Child: open the app, scroll down to “Account” (الحساب), tap “Delete my account and all data” (امسح حسابي وكل البيانات), then tap again to confirm.
• Parent: open the app, tap “Settings” (الإعدادات), then “Unlink and delete my account” (افصل وامسح حسابي), then tap again to confirm.

If you no longer have the app

Email etmn.app@gmail.com with the name shown in the app and roughly when you started, and we will delete the account within 30 days.

What is deleted

When the child deletes their account, all family data (name, phone number, times, check-in history and requests) and their notification token are deleted right away and the parent is unlinked. When a parent deletes their account, they are unlinked and their notification token is deleted.

Deleting the account does not cancel the subscription. Cancel it in Google Play: manage subscriptions. Google Play and RevenueCat keep purchase records under their own policies.
